Thinning The Herd

It's cold outside, brother! I don't see how the moisture on the road doesn't freeze. Checking the weather at KGW.com, I see that, right now, it's thirty-two degrees, and the high for today was in the forties. This is the kind of weather that thins out the herd of cyclists. I'll admit that I've been driving a lot the last two weeks, but that has to do with getting up late. After seeing a few hardy cyclists on the road early in the morning, I put myself down for being late to get up, and so I put on my layers, got the bike and went out to join in with the few that won't quit.
