I'm Not Dead, I'm in Pendleton
This site is nearly dead. The pulse hardly perceptible. The same for my other one. I am writing, but it's all in a notepad. I want to put something here that shows I didn't give up, and I'll post on the other site later today. I have more specific things to say there.
I've noticed that I get a visit once in a while by way of someone Googling the infamous Vitus Dural 979. The search result leads them to the post I made a while ago about my blue and silver Vitus frame. Like I said, the frame has history and fame. Maybe I should put it back together and get it on the road. Ah but the Blackbird is my last bike. I just want to get on the road.
Speaking of the road, the Blackbird is undergoing tests here in the Oregon desert. I've spent a lot of time with the bike on the roller as well the street. I sure like the roller. One way or another, when the Blackbird is complete I will take some pictures and post them.
